I am still actively looking and have an offer on the table for one place which is much lower than asking but fair considering how the market is going and won't be increasing
I have no interest in a big crash as my partner is an EA and heavily commission based pay, but i am predicting a 20% slow fall over the next 12-18 months and even she is seeing the market move this way
Surely EA`s still make money as prices fall?0 -
We still have no plan though.Few people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment. Most people are incapable of forming such opinions.0

Perhaps India would like free movement between India and Britain as part of the deal?
The UK is the largest export market for Indian clothing manufacturers. India receives less favourable treatment than other developing countries in terms of import tariffs. Bangladesh imports for example are 0%. There's a far more complex picture that's going to unravel. Countries want to trade with the UK. The UK market is simply too big to ignore.0 -

yep but not as much as its based on the sale price.
Plus as prices fall less people sell and much lower turnover of properties.0 -

Cashback reveals he has a vested interest in prices going down but not too quickly as his partner would suffer. Diddums.

ultimately i am looking to buy so any drop is in my favour and will outweigh any loss to my OH. But i am seeing things fall and predicting it will continue.0 -
Did seem a slightly odd thing to admit though.
I'm predicting 20pc drops in the next year. I hope it's double that though."The only man who makes money from a gold rush is the one selling the shovels..."0
