    ok put it like this. If someone were to say go home to a Pakistani who was born in the uk is it racist as they were born here?

    Would it be racist if a Pakistani said to a white person born in Pakistan to go home?

    Is race about "race" or colour?

    Remember before the referendum, the German finance minster firmly stating 'out is out' and declaring the UK could not access the single market after Brexit?

    Apparently he didn't really mean it. He only said it because George Osborne asked him to.
