White voters voted to Leave the EU by 53% to 47%.

“Two thirds (67%) of those describing themselves as Asian voted to Remain, as did three quarters (73%) of black voters.

“Nearly six in ten (58%) of those describing themselves as Christian voted to Leave; seven in 10 Muslims voted to Remain.”

That's a huge number of racist Muslims, Black and Asian voters that wanted to leave.

1 in 4 black people are racist.
1 in 3 Asians are Racist

Its an initial inference and a possibility

But I don't think so. I feel it was just being stupid and perhaps frustrated at the effort time and cost it took to bring her husband over while the EU migrants just buy a £50 train or plane ticket and come and go as they please.

That's not to say there aren't racist migrants. I would hazard a guess that on average it might even be more common on some migrant groups especially amongst males. That of course doesn't make it OK for the natives or any other group to be that ignorant

I'm not sure its even racism which to my understanding of the word means thinking one race is supiror to another. You can think yourself less intelligent or lower than another race and still hate them and want them out.

Lots of people voted for lots of reasons for one side or the other and plenty voted not on the question but what they imagined the vote might mean. Some might have even voted leave hoping for a close remain one family on TV said just that they voted leave as the polls said remain was going to win it but where shocked to find out that leave won.


Oh and yes I think there are plenty of asain and black racists lots and lots of them. Again not sure of the word racist what I mean is they don't like group x or y rather than think themselves the upper race. In fact my gut feeling would be that as a percentage more asains are racist to blacks and more blacks are racist to Asians than are the British to either. There is also still a lot of racism to the Irish by all groups I've seen this numerous times when out shopping.

Plenty of non racists voted leave. I suspect even a very large number of pro migration folk voted leave as they wanted out of the EU or didn't think much of sending £10B a year to the EU. But I am certain plenty of people who voted out will not be fulfilled with zero net migration they want the migrants to go home preferably most of them even if they have been here so many generation they know no other country or language.

I doubt she is a racist as I doubt many Pakistanis think the Pakistani race is the most perfect race better than all the rest (as their homeland is poor and !!!! in many ways). I also doubt that she wants most migrants to 'go home' as she lives and works and earns from an area of london with plenty of migrants so I doubt she is even go-home-ist

For most people race means in normal conversational language defining national affiliations and cultural practises.
