Didn't I see the other day that rugged was PPRd too.
I would also like to see them back. All of them. Debate is healthy. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

I'd like to see all but one back – there's just one who I find is incredibly offensive, and who posts merely to rile people.0 -

Maybe, but replying to every post with a meme about "white christian countries" is worth a ban imo. I doubt it's permanent. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
I've very curious as to what the Brexit bill is, on both sides, in terms of hours & expenses, just for the negotiations & logistics. That's going to be eye watering.
Just the referendum cost an estimated £142m. I can see Brexit costing about that in paperwork alone.
EU.
An excellent point. Britain is leaving no dought about it. I have also made the point that the leaving will take so much effort, time and intellectual power that British citizens should be concerned that normal day to day "running the Country" will be neglected.
Of course there is then the lost opportunity cost which is another unknown. There will be no Brexit dividend for Britain.0 -
I don't necessarily disagree with capping the charges, but I've no doubt that it will result in higher bills from phone companies.
I take more issue with the democracy aspect of it. Whose manifesto was this policy in? Who said 'If you vote for me I'll cap roaming charges'? The answer is no one. It's effectively a one party state regulating industry and it does make me uncomfortable.
As I understand it the telecoms were acting like a cartel.
In the Western world we should expect any Government to act against cartels and price fixing. So it was not in anyone's manifesto but is one of those unwritten things in any Democracy. There will be no Brexit dividend for Britain.0 -

I for one won't miss Ruggedtoast. BUT the IGNORE button is everyone's friend....and will stop you getting PPRed. I've been on MSE for nearly 10 years and have encountered many trolls along the way..0 -

According to Remainders, £350m a week is chicken feed, easily affordable, an insignificant drop in the ocean of the nation's finances, so I'm not seeing the problem.0
