re wills....I googled how to make a will and followed the instructions. I had two neighbours witness it and as far as I know its now a legal document.
One in the safe and one with a trusted friend......might have to make some changes as it was over ten years ago.

So can buses, you don't always get chance to be prepared. If you took I'll you could put something in place, hit by a bus and you leave disaster behind you.
Get it done. If you were unsure about who you would want to look after the boys maybe you could just name any people that you don't want to look after them!
