Im no expert but I think it is more if something happened to both of you you would state that you wanted the money to go to the boys, if that is your wish and then if something happens to you all at the same time you have to state who you would then leave your money to, obviously this would be the elite:p
There will be others far more clued upon this than me but I'm sure without a will itbe ones a huge mess that has to go to probate etc which as simple as a will is that could save all the heartache.
It's certainly worth looking into in my opinion.

Just enquire as to what would happen if something did happen to you and Mrs nerf and you didn't have a will and I think it may help your decision.
In our will we said if something happened to all three of us we would leave everything to our nephew and DH said he must mention it this brother:eek::eek::eek: I said are you kidding he will bump us off in the middle of the night:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Thank you. I did go to the Drs to get something to relax me and they gave me Diazepam. I almost couldn't have my tooth done though I had rang to check it was ok which it was, I wasn't told that i was supposed to go down in the morning to sign the consent form and then back home to have the tablet as you aren't allowed to sign when you're off your face on drugs lol. They gave me 3 locals injections in my mouth and I couldn't feel a thing (I only had 1at my actual dentist tight a%^e) The tooth all came out in one piece and I've brought it home
