    I've been so lazy with this never getting it done :o it's always been something I will get around to doing.Good tip about the solicitor :cool:

    I know but on the other hand if something did happen to you and Mrs nerf and you didn't have those things in place what would happen then?
    Im no expert but I think it is more if something happened to both of you you would state that you wanted the money to go to the boys, if that is your wish and then if something happens to you all at the same time you have to state who you would then leave your money to, obviously this would be the elite:p
    There will be others far more clued upon this than me but I'm sure without a will itbe ones a huge mess that has to go to probate etc which as simple as a will is that could save all the heartache.
    It's certainly worth looking into in my opinion.
