    Snuck one in before the charge. No wonder they need to charge if they routinely waste packaging like this:

    When I contacted them, they tried to justify it by saying that it was an expensive disc and they needed to ensure it was well protected in transit. It's a key card for an online download, as most are these days. And it's on offer for £10. Nothing could be damaged, unlike the other item in my order (a CD that was sent in nothing but a cardboard sleeve, where the box could potentially be cracked in transit.)
