£82.40 to date. Over £15 saved by YS buying of fish and turkey mince that wasn't on the list but is now in the freezer so I'm happy with that.

Not Grocery budget, but managed to rescue a Homebase shop. Went in last night for compost - 2 for £10, and some lovely violas and pansys found their way into the trolley. I was in a hurry so handed over the card. Half way through gym class it occurred to me that the total bill was a bit high. £8:eek: for 10 violas. Took them back this morning - wrong barcode. Refund of £13 :D There was a time I wouldn't have bothered taking them back to query.

I used to buy value tea, but OH has started drinking it now after being a sole coffee drinker since I met him. Insists on Twinings when we can get it, too!!....
I like Twin*ings as well - usually buy it up on offer a £stretch*r ;)

I had my Mr T delivery today. Mostly drink and stuff for DH. The grocery part came to £9.32 - taking off my MOC of £9 = 32p to add to my siggie :rotfl:

Hope you all have a wonderful Wednesday and stay warm and dry

First shop of the month done, £41.34/£250

£2.70 on saturday and £7.52 to fill up my desk with food for work today
£51.56/£250, next full shop tomorrow and another 3 in this month so could be pretty tight.
Actually DH bought some reduced cheese so need to add that once he gives me the receipt.

ETA the food at work should last the rest of the month not just the day as I seemed to imply

Added up my spends for the last week or so... £72.43 added to my signature.

My biggest mistake at the moment is sending DH to do the shopping :D

Another big shop and a total of £81.90 added for the month so far. To be honest I'm doing a lot better then expected so pleased with progress so far.

My Dad also gave me a joint of Pork today so will only have to buy some veggies for a decent Roast on Sunday :D It all helps.
