Expect they are tightening up on the T&C so all those who have received a payment previously no longer qualify and no longer get away with it!:o
I'm sure they are, unfortunately for them they can't do so retrospectively because they messed up previously by having loose Ts&Cs.
I'll have to dig out the £105 conditions when I get a moment, but I'm pretty sure there was no 'prior incentive' exclusion there.
Not to mention that clawing back cash back once confirmed is rather naughty in itself :mad:0 -
Same here!- means having to continue to feed that account until this is resolved

Hope they won't now say I can have only the first £157.50 (which I did get to payable) and no other incentiveYorkshire_Pud wrote: »My confirmed cashback also changed to Declined.

My £105 from April, previously showing as Confirmed, has also now changed to Declined:mad:
I didn't try for the previous £157.50 or any other previous payment, so that can't be the reason in my case:cool:

Agree they should honour their offer to all those who had status at Confirmed as what could have changed?0 -

Posted on https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4519857 Will wait to see response before I decide whether to contact Co-operative bank myself via secure message as a complaint being as have waited long enough already.0 -
Any keen and obsessive MSE'rs got the terms and conditions of the TCB £105 Co-op current account cashback offer?
Pl can someone kindly post these, or pm me them?
A very initial response to my query about the "confirmed" changing to a "declined" is that only one account is allowed ( I got £157.50 cashback for my first coop account)0 -

The full terms and conditions aren't listed, though ceredigion points out
"""
From the T&C's
Quote:
Cashback paid through TopCashback is only paid out once per customer
"""
Of course, one could quibble as to whether this means "paid out ever, once per customer", or "paid out under this offer, once per customer"
