    Hello,

I've taken the outside lights down at last, and put away in loft, realising I have the giant gift bags to go back up too :o doh!

Just having an options hot Choc as was craving something sweet. It has, surprisingly, hit the spot...

So I'm on kitchen duty - how do we make such a mess? DW emptied and breakfast things put in. Drainer emptied and all put away. This afternoon it's vac and mop time, although I want to call the garage first about my door handle - see if they can fit us in for a quick look, it's getting beyond a joke now... Lol. Have also done a mini- wash and got those hung up. I have a 30min cycle, good for freshening stuff that's not too dirty, but only takes half a load, good for getting things dry :T

Had a chat with mum, who has volunteered to help on DS birthday- is she nuts??? Lol - and DD has invited her friend who's mum has said yes. So we're on a bit of a roll. I've even ordered some ready to roll icing in the colours I need to come with the shopping, and a number 7 candle. OMG what happened to my baby :D

I'm going to plan every minute precisely as I can't cope with a handful of 7yr old boys in free-flow.

A piñata might be employed, possibly some make your own car kits and a build a race track competition- we have lots of hot wheels kits...

It's a few weeks away yet but I like to be organised, lol

ETA - ouch!!! Garage says a new locking mechanism plus fitting will be £230!!!

Another ETA - garage man said bring it up for him to check before ordering parts to make sure it's the right one. He's just squirted "supergunk" in it with some odd kind of pump thing, and it seems ok now.

He didn't charge me :A but said if it goes again just call and he will order the part for me :D

Phew. One less bill. For now ;)

Is the cat getting in the litter box and just missing? Is it one with a hooded bit? If so, the cat might just not like it, some don't. If it's purposefully weeing outside of the litter box then it can be a sign that something is wrong, as if they're feeling any pain or discomfort when weeing then they usually associate it with the litter tray.

Thanks, we had same one years, she just not going far enough in I think. She has always done wees right up against front edge....maybe litter is too deep....may try taking some out or shoving to back more lol

Mummyroys.. Put an old towel or a puppy mat under the front to save the floor.. Much easier to change .. Tip the box slightly so the front is higher

    Afternoon all.

Had a good time at the panto yesterday with my girls from work. Lots of laughs.

Not much time today but I've made a chicken pie for tea.
    Put a wash on.
Put away dry bedding from airer.
Cleaned downstairs loo. It was yuck.

Off to do school run in a bit and then am at work at job number 2 tonight.

Feeling shattered and cold. Headache is on day 4 now....

    Xx

The ironing piles are no more...until I wash uniform tonight lol I'm going to scrap my shower and just put books out and ask DD to call into Mr A on her way home for milk & a pizza for her. When I get back I'll continue tackling the washing up as I filled the drainer this morning with just mugs! :o

Can anyone tell me where today is going?!?! It was 12 o'clock then suddenly its 3pm!!

ETA: Glad I didn't go into town today. There's been a bomb scare in the business district which is along the main road from where I was going shopping. I can only imagine what chaos there would be!

I will get around to vacuuming, honest, guv.:D
Excuse for not doing it yesterday - filters weren't quite dry.

However I've had a little blitz on plastic bottles today. I don't tend to have loads of part-bottles kicking about in any case, but the last little dribble of all-purpose cleaner went into the top of the new bottle, and a half-bottle of hair conditioner was decanted into the pump bottle I keep by the bath which wouldn't fit in it previously (pump bottles are easier for me to use). So that's a bit of clutter in the recycling.

Last week Mr LW had a go at the extraneous cardboard boxes in the loft - he says there are more that can go, so perhaps we can do that while we've no dog here. Not for the first time, I wish it was possible for me to get into the loft; I rather suspect I'd have a field day up there, flinging!

Mr LW also needs to declutter some hair, so a trip to the barbers is on the agenda for him tomorrow.

Crowdpleaser oh no, 4 days of headache not good; hope it lets up soon.
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

LW.. would it be too much for Mr Wolf to bring down a box for you to sort and fling from?? It's a lot of upping and downing I know.. we have been aiming to empty the loft entirely every summer for the last 5 years but plans have been scuppered by babies and weather.. we have stacks of toys up there that can go and bags and bags of wool I will never knit because I cant see it!
