I'm typing on a kindle, and if you don't watch or 're-read, it can write what It likes! Sometime it's quite rude!!

I sometimes find the opposite with auto correct - I have never in my life meant 'ducking' instead of .... ;):rotfl:

Mav I guess it could be someone who bought the jacket on a trip to Canada holiday / family / work etc - or perhaps even a gift from someone over there to someone in the UK. Glad it found its way to you and you're getting lots of wear out of it.

My leggings still aren't on the slow boat from China, very frustrating as I'm desperate to see what they're like. I guess they haven't been shipped as it was Chinese New Year last week.

  • Had to get a sports bra as mine is now so worn out that it no longer supported anything at all and it's definitely not doing my poor ta-ta's any favours :rotfl: (I've actually had a sore chest all week - madness!)

Got a la isla one for £12.49 on Amazon. Hopefully it's high impact and constricting enough that I don't have to double up just to do a star jump :rotfl:

Sadly that puts me £1.47 over budget for this month (I said I wasn't including underwear in this challenge but I consider this to be sportswear not underwear so)

In March my budget will be £18.53 to compensate.

Lexbubbles we forgive you for being over budget for the month, we wouldn't want you doing yourself a mischief when you star jump :j:j:j

Well I've had a little spend. £4 for some jeans - still a size 12 but bit roomier that the muffin top ones I've been wearing. Also black top to wear for yoga to £3.50 both Great Plains make from the chazza shop.

A bit off topic but it was my man's birthday yesterday and we had a spa day which was lovely, but it's been a while since I wore swimwear. Today I have started the 5:2  Hopefully by spring I will have a whole new wardrobe by just fitting into the things I already have :D

Yes there is nothing like a swimming costume to bring you back down to earth.

Last weekend I bought a work skirt from TU, well I took it back yesterday and re-bought it due to them having 25% off - saving me £3.

I also used that trick last year, but in the store I was in (or the staff that were there that day) they would only allow you to re-buy what was on the shelf, not the exact garment you were returning. So I saved £3 but couldn't save £4.50 on another item. It was just typical that the second item was back in stock after the sale ended!

I almost ended up spending today, but have resisted despite pretty much having a carrot shoved in front of me. I have a catalogue that I haven't ordered from for 18 months, but they still send out mailings. I had said if any catalogues come for me, please open, remove name and address and recycle. Rather than recycling bin, it was then, "Can you order this for me?" - and I nearly had to get one myself.

My 'slippers' have arrived - they're a bit like walking in flippers atm as the soles are stiff and need to stretch a little (size up would end up too big) but on the whole I think for £8 I'll keep them. They are nice and warm so worth sticking with I think - feels a bit odd wearing boots in the house though lol.

  • New sports bra arrived yesterday and is amazing :j

all reviews said it was "really small" and to order the next back size up, but I stuck with my usual 36 and it fits just fine! (And truth be told I'm bordering on a 38 so it should be reeeaallly tight). Keeps everything squashed down, no more bruised ta-ta's for me :rotfl:
