Somerandom- thanks for running the thread this year. Although I didn't post much I did read every comment and it has helped me to focus on improving my spending habits on clothing. Over the last few years I've really cut down but there is still room for improvement. Next year I want to be more intentional about spending. If this challenge runs I'm looking to have a list of items to find in CS and to make for each season and then not to buy off list.
I'd love the challenge to run next year but I wouldn't be able to run it. I really hope someone does though.2019 fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons0 -
As I would also like the challenge to run for 2017, I would be willing to run it. I can't promise that I will always be in the thread to offer encouragement, as somerandom often was over the past year, but I will do my best.0

Thanks Kim13 for offering to run the challenge next year. I will help too as I need to buy less next year, that's for sure!
Not beating myself up about this year though as it has been a challenging one. But next year I want to take control.
My broken ankle hasn't done me any favours in terms of starting exercising, that's for sure. I think I have gained weight rather than lose it to be honest. But I'm planning to draw a line under 2016 and start afresh.
Will start to think about a realistic budget.
I've enjoyed reading everyone's comments this year and hope you will all be back!Fashion on the Ration 2020 - 5/66 spent0 -

You're welcome. I've done the same; will be adding a weight loss contingent element to my budget for 2017 as an incentive.0 -
Thanks to Somerandom for starting is years challengee and to Kim 13 for offering to keep us all on track for 2017.
I have bought a few things recently and know In have gone over budget, but only by a small amount which is much better than I would have done without the challenge.
This challenge has taught me to look for good quality clothes that I love from the charity shop
- I now only buy it if it 'sparks joy' :T When I buy new I am more focused in what I need. Thanks to all of you for your support,
encouragement and humour throughout the year
A quick question for you - I have gone back to yoga and want to buy some new yoga clothes in the new year with some Christmas money. Where can I buy lovely, inspiring yoga clothes not made for someone 20, size 8 and doing yoga on a beach in Florida  More like over 40, size 14 and in the chilly town hall in a Derbyshire village :rotfl:Crazy clothes challenge 2017 - 30/3000 -
Got a lovely long-sleeved grey exercise top (Pineapple) from CS - £3.50. It looks unworn. Very pleased - I don't often find exercise clothes in CS that haven't given up the ghost.
Rowan- is there a TK Maxx near you - they seem to do a lot of exercise stuff including yoga. Obviously it's the luck of the draw with that shop whether there happens to be anything suitable - they have a website also now - I just had a quick looked and there were a few yoga bits.Shifting my energy for 20200 -
Thanks Somerandom. I will have a look in TK Max after Christmas.Crazy clothes challenge 2017 - 30/3000
