 I have just taken up skirts and trousers

seriously yes polly and gq and thanks, I will if my neck goes bad again, although now I have managed to sort it. I have an inverter and gravity works to straighten me. I used to hang from my feet years ago, not now, I am tethered by a strap under the table and go back only about 60 degrees. I don`t do the freehanging stuff as I am on my own and could just see the newspaper headlines if I couldn`t get back up. A few days ago my hands would not touch the floor, this morning I could stroke the floor with the backs of my hands :D while inverting

I am still in kondo maintenance mode ie more goes out than comes in  and long may that happen, except for money of course and one affects the other inversely :) like a see saw

Shortie you could crochet bunnies with your stash just by crocheting squares and sewing a clever triangle onto them. Here's the link for knitted ones. Super easy, i've used this method to upcycle old fancy hankies into bunnies and stuffed them with some dried lavender for living in cupboards.

Talking about cupboards I am probably a similar size to KM and love to climb in small spaces! Daren't climb into my wardrobe though, i'd fit but tis a bit rickety.

Oh my goodness - how cute, and quick and easy! I'm definately going to try this out

    Love the bunnies!
Note to self - when trimming hair DO NOT get DH to do the back! An inch turned out more like 3!! Ah well it will grow.

Well what an interesting day

Friend gave me 4 pillows, brand new, she doesn't like them.
Client number 1 gave me 2 mugs that match a tray I have.
Client number 2 wanted to hire a wheelchair but I know that client 1 has one she doesn't need.
Client number 3 wanted the pillows and gave me some Snickers and a bag of magazines as a thank you.
Client 1 agreed to give wheelchair to client 2 (they do know each other!) - I'll pick it up tomorrow.

I gave the Snickers to DH and the magazines to the care home where client 1 now resides. :rotfl:

OK? Did you get all that? Pretty Woo, I think!!

Somehow it feels like a very circular MK round robin. I wonder if there is record for the most Stuff redistributed around a village in one day??
I have changed my work-life balance to a life-work balance.

:T Wow, that must indeed be some kind of record, how wonderful that you were able to tbe the agent of some much useful redistribution. Well done!

I too have had an interesting day. Had an offer accepted on a house, second one in a week! We're going back on Saturday to look at both and decide which. Think it's most likely going to be today's one. We can't move for a couple of years and will need to rent it out for a bit and this one is in much better condition than the first one. We had the first offer accepted before the second house came up for sale. OH hasn't even seen the second one, I knew it would go quickly so had to dash and see it as it would have gone by this weekend.

We've been looking for about 16 months. Had an offer accepted last September but pulled out because the vendor, who would be our new neighbour, was being unreasonable. Funnily enough, the purchaser after us has pulled out and it's gone back on the market today.

Of course this now means that there will have to be some serious Kondoing in future as we won't want to pay to take rubbish with us.

MMF wow, energy in motion, love i,t the circulation of `stuff`:)

Have a nice day everyone, grey here, looks like a non-stress day and will just try and get some stuff together for the allotment hotbin. Hyacinths have finished so just keeping up with it, emptying and washing troughs, so they don`t mount up

I may well get the boxes of stored summer clothes off high shelving in the wardrobe, I would like to see space up there. I can just kondo a bit at a time if they are within reach. I daren`t do coats yet, I need to go through another season with them before I decide

    :) Morning all.

Woke up feeling disgustingly perky today, about 80% recovered from the cold. Depending on how well the energy lasts, I have a plan to saddle ye olde pushbyke and swing by the tip with two boom-boxes and then visit the allotment - these errands can be done as a loop from home - and harvest some veggies. Haven't seen the lottie for 10 days and miss it.

Feeling incredibly grateful that I'm getting better, a veggie-based diet and lots of sleep must be paying dividends.

    Morning all

Last night I started to pull together treats I'd been saving for our holiday, sorted the clean clothes which everyone put away, and started on another corner of our bedroom. Not huge progress, but some was made. Slowly, slowly, catches monkey..

DS2 also have me a few teddies for charity.

Mr Shortie was tiling the kitchen splash back yesterday and moved clutter off one side of the kitchen work surfaces. I knew it was cluttered, but seeing it empty has made me realise just HOW cluttered it had been :o. I think I might take a photo tonight to remind myself how nice it looks now for when we go to add clutter back there
