KonMari 2016 - The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up

One of dh's t-shirts was frayed at the neck, so I have put it in the ragbag in the attic. We are still trying to catch the mice there, yesterday all the traps were empty of peanutbutter, and unsprung, one hour after putting them up. I am still hesitant about poison, though.
Several metal items taken to the tip/recycling centre.
DH finally put up the full length mirror. I told him he could only go to his friend after he'd put it up. The mild blackmail seems to have worked, I should try it more often:rotfl:
I found the only thing to help with catching mice is an electric trap.

I used to have loads of books but donated all of them. :A
I have now read some not that great reviews of her new book so will probably give that a miss. I was hoping there would be some new information in there, but I suppose it is all in her first book.0 -
Interesting about the books - I find that the library doesn't have the minority interest books I want to read (thats always been the case) and they're not interested in buying them, either.2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Mavvy think it was you who asked what book folding was when I said I'd rescued some old fusty books from the CS to fold and cover for their Valentine craft table. I've done four of the six I was given, hope to get the others done and take back at the weekend.

Not me Mrs mp as I know a couple of people who book fold. You are so clever that you can do it as it looks so hard
I am now lime waxing my CODs that my lovely km folded joyful (most of them):o clothes are in. So I didnt get wax all over them I dragged them all out into a pile  Where they still are as I will wait for the wax to be 100% dry and then re-buff tommorow.
But I feel another cull coming onKM what have you done to me I am always just tweeking and making space work just a bit better
Just to see it all piled up gives me itchy fingers :rotfl: and I so want to empty drawers how joyful would that be

I've just done a large amount of ironing. Can't put it away yet as the iron's on the way out and spitting out large amounts of water. Research taking place into a replacement. Whilst in my ironing room I've MK'd two drawers, one with leggings and 'decorating wear' (binned an old T-shirt and leggings where the elastic was crackling) and the other with swimwear. Not quite sure what KM would make of my attempts to fold bikinis, but they are standing upright and identifiable.
I do feel guilty just binning old clothes that are too far gone to go to the charity shop as we don't have rags recycling where I live.Make £2025 in 2025

I like book folding. I gave them instead of cards to close family members as I picked up the books for 20p so worked out cheaper for me and they loved them.
Not done much at this end busy with job apps as there a few with deadline for Friday. I love the job just not the zero hours part so have to KD it.Don’t put it down - put it away!

It was me who asked, Mrs MP (although I'm flattered to be mistaken for MavvyMoo :rotfl:). They look fabulous! I don't think I've got the patience the do that sort of thing.Life is mainly froth and bubble: two things stand like stone. Kindness in another’s trouble, courage in your own.0

Sorry Polly, my mistake. The hearts are easy I found the measurements on pintrest. You just mark two measurements on each page and fold up and down accordingly.SPC~12 ot 124
