Should I invest in buying myself? I was trying to MSE.It does change lives. If buying it wouldn't leave you short of essential money, I'd consider it a good investment in future happiness and future money-saving.
I am going to put some trousers on (don't ask) and toddle out to the communal bin with a carrier bag of refuse and it'll contain The Bowl.
Have also got a taker for the random freegle object which should leave in the next day or so. Steady as she goes.

On the subject of hamsters as a child, my friend who lived opposite, we managed to lose her hamster when we were playing with it out in the garden. It shot into the hedge and we just couldn't reach it to get it back.
Several, maybe 3, weeks later my friend's dad came home one night and in the light of his car headlights, he could see their neighbours' cat playing with something in the middle of the road. Probably about 30 yards from where we'd lost it, it turned out to be the hamster! It was returned to its cage and lived out the normal hamster life span with no problem.Make £2025 in 2025

I keep chipping away at my stuff and he's come on board as he sees space appearing in the house. He says how much better the house feels now after each CS run, it's taken me years but he agreed the videos could go earlier this year and now old fitness mags are going.
He's now seeing the light and space of kondoing and realises that letting things go is far better than holding on to not used stuff
Thank youHe did actually get rid of quite a lot of unused clothes when he first saw me Kondo-ing, but seems to have got a bit stuck and says that No, he doesn't remember saying "It was really hard to get rid of that stuff, but it does feel good now it's gone!"

GQ, use as crocks on the lottie or bin it!
Speky, buy the book, it is well worth it But, read the 2015 Kon Marie thread on here first. I got much from the thread and would not have persevered with the book on its own (MK is a bit airy fairy in some respects!).
Today I kondo'd another 1lb. This afto we went to the chippy and then the ice cream parlour - it is a holiday by the sea!!. My family had the works, I had fish with virtually all batter removed and then later a square of dark chocolate. I feel virtuous
Mum is donating 2 fitted sheets to my elderly neighbour and she says she'll have a look for a few other things to put in the bag. Go Mum!
Enjoying the week away and sticking to low carbs. It helps that a family friend noticed the weight loss and made suitably favourable comments

mrs-moneypennyat the idea of jam jars covered in cowbells....autocorrect strikes again? I'm guessing that was supposed to be cobwebs!

I'm guessing you meant cobwebs but I like the sound of jars covered in cowbells! :rotfl:Life is mainly froth and bubble: two things stand like stone. Kindness in another’s trouble, courage in your own.0 -

I watched a lot of Marie Kondo videos on YouTube where she gives seminars. Very helpful and absolutely free. I'm cheap like that.. There are some interesting Kondoing videos that others have done too.
And I love the idea of reading 2015's thread! Thanks MMF!
