That's fine, you can't have enough tea I think, Knit Witch you're welcome to the egg sarnies they don't dunk very well in tea

Can I join in please, I don't do a proper shop and just buy when I need something, but I could do with some discipline as my spends seem to keep going up and up, so I'm hoping that having nsd will focus me. I'm keeping a shopping list by the kettle so I can put items on it as and when, but will try to only go to the shops a couple of times a week. I would like to meal plan but I never keep to it!!!So my aim is
1/15 nsd

Right,2016 I really need to pull the financial reins in.Life is very expensive with ongoing building works happening (3 months down, about another 2-3 to go: presently living at inlaws while prepering for another 1/3rd of the house to be demolished ).
So,we have an expensive house extension going on.When we have finished paying what we can for the work as we go along, the rest we will need to pay back to inlaws. So money will be tight for quite a long time..........
So starting now,I am going to go back to writing down every penny I spend. For this challenge I exclude petrol, bread, and milk.
Have a lovely Happy New Year,everyone :j:j:j.
Welcome back Saver-upper!Good to see you back. You forgot to mention your target however....nannygladys wrote: »Can I join in please, I don't do a proper shop and just buy when I need something, but I could do with some discipline as my spends seem to keep going up and up, so I'm hoping that having nsd will focus me. Hi nannygladys and welcome!
Are you declaring #1?0 -
Morning,
I'd like to declare yesterday as my first NSDDH bought lunch yesterday and I didn't spend anything.
Happy days.

I didn't get an nsd yesterday,as I went to the cinema.I have high hopes for today though.
Have I missed anyone out? No,Hubert,I'm not counting you, since the only money you possess in your piggy bank is 17p,some old drachma,a button and a dead fly.You don't really have any spending power. That's fine by me if you want to go off and pout in the corner. And you can get someone else to help you on with your donkey spanx this morning.I've got other stuff to do,pressing stuff like ordering this month's loo roll supply....no,not Cheffie. The last time he helped you,it just aggravated his hernia and that truss of his is on it's last legs.
Yes,I know folks,we have to set up a new truss fund for Cheffie.Any volunteers?
PS have I missed anyone out?0 -
