Fram- your bin men sound lovely- ours are mostly grumpy and very messy unfortunately.
Creative gal- I often find that the presents that should be easy to wrap give me the most grief too! Ether the corners wont crease sharply or they just don't look quite right.

Vulpix- I agree with mrs moneypenny about thieves being scumbags- why is it that some people just cant kep theier hands to themselves? Hope you feel better soon.

The last few days have been crazy busy had dgd to stay for a couple of nights as sdd wasn't feeling well and bubs is teething so not sleeping much. Then taz got a stomach bug copious amounts of washing and not much sleep or anything else happening for a few more days but luckily no-one else got it . He's feeling much better but I've had a killer migraine for the last 2 days that my meds aren't even touching.Hopefully that will be our run of illness and everyone will be ok for the weekend. Hoping to finish off the last few bits I need tomorrow then It'll just be popping to the local shop for any fresh bits we need as seeing how busy the supermarkets are already I def don't fancy venturing near one fri/sat.

my sister had her baby early Sunday morning. A beautiful baby girl. My sisters waters broke early Friday morning. So it was a long labour and now they both have an infection. I did visit but kept my distance as I'm still not 100%. Have tried for a doctors app but not managed to get one yet.
I do feel a tad better. Just wiped out still.

Hi everyone, Sorry I have been missing. The cold bug hit us all and now I have a kidney infection!!! On the plus side I have been offered a temporary classroom assistant role at school, so excited. Know its temporary but Im hoping it will open other doors for me. As I have been ill for a while I now have to try to pull all the final last minute bits together for Christmas. Going to finish wrapping tonight so I know exactly what else I have to buy on Thursday when I go shopping. Well, having been squashed, fondled & ultra sounded(!), 3 consultants decided there was nothing of concern in the, quote "bobbly bits" unquote, which was a relief. Then then consultant who was doing the ultra sound decided to do one more with a different probe & found something she wasn't sure of, so had to have a biopsy taken. Whatever she found was so small that she was afraid the biopsy may take it all, so had to insert a piece of metal in place of it, so they would know where to look if there is something sinister:eek:

Just running in to say MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL!!.. i doubt i'll be around here before xmas so saying it now lol. I have been reading just not had chance to comment much the last few months..

Christmas shopping complete and wrapped.. just waiting on one pressie to come but not important. Food shop tomorrow... then i must sort out dd2's 18th (its boxing day, whos idea was it to have a xmas baby lol) got most for that but she wants jelly and icecream instead of a cake :S no room in freezer until turkey and ham are out lol.

Anyway hope you all have a nice relaxing and fun xmas and i'll catch you all next year xx
