Hi All, I am so busy at the moment but I feel like I'm not actually getting anything done! I desperately need to get all of the presents out that I have bought so far and see what I have, because at the moment I don't think I need much else for anybody apart from my OH.
Murie - I ordered the 4 of us matching christmas t-shirts from notonthehighstreet a few weeks ago and they've arrived so I've put them away for a few weeks. I do have a christmas jumper that I bought last year, so I don't think i'll order another one. But then I know what I'm like, I'll see one I just have to have and before I know it there will be another christmas jumper taking up wardrobe space
Peppa - I love your tree, very pretty. I'm definitely going to start putting my decorations up soon, I think I'll just start with a few small things and then get the tree up at the end of November/beginning of December.
I have finished 2 of my handmade gifts that I decided to make for my sisters, I will post a photo later to show you all what I did in the end. I was quite pleased with them as I am not creative at all, so didn't know if the idea in my head would end up looking rubbish.0 -

Well, strange day as you have all said, didn't see that coming.
Very sad news about the tram crash, I heard the fire engines racing up the road when I was in the shower, just assumed it was a routine call for them. Was shocked to discover it is anything but routine. Thankfully (says she selfishly) I drive in the opposite direction so was not/will not be affected for my commute, but feel for those who have been bereaved & injured.
Yayyy, Jess is back!A smile costs little but creates much0 -

LMG if you're on an iPad you upload your pic to photobucket then when it's uploaded tap the 'share' on the actual photo then it'll come up with a list of links. Use the one that says image (img), tap on it and choise 'select all' then' copy, and then paste it onto this thread. Hope that helps. Think it's pretty similar for android too. It's the most wonderful timeof the year :0

What a strange strange choice our friends across the pond have made. Still at least we have Christmas to think about instead! :T
Went to the Barton Grange garden centre yesterday. Had no idea such a big, popular garden centre was anywhere near me. :rotfl: The Christmas displays were amazing! Well worth a look for wandering around the toys, gifts, decorations, lights etc. The cafe was awfully busy though! Would imagine it's horrific on a weekend.
Some presents arrived in the post this week. Need to get my thinking cap on for ideas for other people. And start my crafting.
Peppa - Love your tree. Very pretty.
Oooh and thank you very much everyone for the graduation congratulations xxx“In 900 years of time and space, I’ve never met anyone who wasn’t important”
