Morning everyone
I had a quick look at the Disney Christmas shop online this morning, the Disney decorations are by far my favourite Christmas decoration. There's not a lot on at the moment but the ones they do have are lovely
Also decided this year I would treat myself to a couple of beauty advent calendars I'm thinking the ciate nail polish one and the L'Occitane one.
Mandco - what a cute puppy!0 -
I'm really starting to get so excited for Christmas! It's nearly Autumn which is when I really start to go into Christmas mode. My house is now nearly renovated and I have already assigned the bay window as where the Christmas tree will go. There is also a new massive John Lewis being built near me which will be ready soon, and they do the BEST baubles so I'm gonna start putting some money aside so I can splurge on ridiculously priced baubles haha. This Christmas will be my first living outside of the family home, and with my boyfriend. I'm trying to figure out how we will work it and I'm thinking we could have our own Christmas meal in the week leading up to Christmas and then go to our own families on Christmas Day. I can't ever imagine not spending the day without my mum and dad and dog. If I'm finding it difficult I really feel for those with step families and children, you must have to put in so much effort organising it so everyone can have a nice Christmas apart from yourself. Hope you're all well xx0

OMG MANDCO, your puppy is gorgeous, what breed is he/she and what's the name? :heart2::heart2::heart2::heart2::heart2::heart2:
0462 I'm loving the first idea with a set theme and then we all do something on that theme. That way we'll get lots of different things to look at and if we can't do a particular craft it don't matter. Getting a bit excited about it now actually lol. :j
FREE that's so annoying to have to throw it away. Hope DD can get you some more and it turns out to be really good and not the cause of anything.
MURIE - too late I'm afraid, chair is painted and just needs waxing and a new seat. This will be my last for a while though, my house is too full! Plus I need to have time for our new craft challenge
Just a quick visit as mid-chemo but will hopefully be back on later. It's the most wonderful timeof the year :0 -

Fantastic response for the craft challenge idea so I will get cracking on that. I know we are on the 4th of this month, do we want a theme and start it this month or shall we start for september?

Results are in and nothing significantly abnormal on DS brain MRI. Not sure I'm happy with the word significantly, so next is another MRI on his spine. Await an appointment
Managed to look at the few bits I've already got for Christmas and ordered some PJs etc in the sales. Also got DS a winter coat online at Tkxx for £69.99 where it should of been £375, saved £305. Couple of pairs of jeans in marks' for £15 each so ready for the winter months. We pick up his new glasses next week and him losing weight on the gluten free has definitely given him a boost. Even his walking frame fell to pieces the other week and the equipment services got him a brand new shiny one. When I told him there would be no stopping him now, he did say I was pushing it a tad :rotfl:0
