My Debt Busting Diary 2016

Thanks for the tips both. I'm going a darker brown, so not too drastically different from my natural but enough to cover the odd grey coming through and to brighten me up a bit. Looks like the first chance I'm going to get now will be over the weekend. Will let you know how it goes.
Little ones sleep pattern is all over the place at the minute. We've established a good bedtime routine which seems him drop off within minutes of finishing his bottle, but he's started randomly waking through the night again. Last night was 1am, this morning 3am. Not sure what we can do to help him go through again, I guess it'll even itself out again eventually.
Need to put some diesel in this morning as I'm running on fumes and get £30 out for hay, so a few spends planned for today.
Right best get out and walk those woofs. Have a good day x0 -
Finally back in the land of overpayments!!!! I've had £23 become payable in TCB so have transferred this over to the vet bill account which now stands at a nice round £200, which should pretty much cover the visit in 10 days time. If it does come in at any more, I have 30 days to find the difference (which shouldn't be a great deal anyhow!)
eBay sales are currently at £14 ending tomorrow, so it'll be nice to be able to knock this off the debt and finally start seeing it coming down again.
To do list still pretty much stands. I've done the lasagne but that's pretty much it.
I've had a browse on the Mr T website and popped a few items on my wish list ready for the final clubcard boost. Got a couple of friends kids birthdays to sort, plus of course our little man.
Hoping for a nice bright bank holiday weekend (who am I kidding :rotfl:). Have a good one x0 -

Hi Mila - I'm afraid my hairs still it's natural mousey tinged with the odd grey! A sickness bug has struck the house so all plans for the BH weekend have gone out of the window
eBay items finished last night making £37.19 - so over payments for the month are off the mark :j This takes me to £624.31 / £1000 for the sell £1000 challenge  Just need to figure out how to make overpayments on the new card. I've no options showing at the moment other than to set up a direct debit, but I guess that might be as my first statement hasn't been generated yet.
Hope you all have a good bank holiday weekend x0 -
So fingers crossed we're pretty much recovered. I hate being sick
The house is an absolute tip tho as between looking after ourselves and DS we've not had the energy to fo anything! So task this week is tackle the bomb site! On the plus side it's meant no petrol used, next to no food consumed and no unnecessary shopping trips - every cloud and all that :rotfl:
All but one of the ebayers has paid up, do a trip to the post office this afternoon. May walk down if I feel up to it - still not eating properly so may be pushing my luck a wee bit. Relisted all non sellers and a few extras. Would be nice to make £100 in overpayments this month. Currently have £37.19, so need to aim to make £21 a week until payday. Perfectly achievable with a little work.
So jobs for this week....
1. Get house in sound sort of order
2. Post eBay
3. Batch cook chilli and Bol.
4. Meal plan and shop accordingly
5. Hopefully get grass cut if weather holds
6. Make friends with swag$ again......0 -
Oh no!!! Hope you're feeling better today!! I hate being sick too!Debt - CCV £3792
CCB £1383 (took a hit for a holiday)
Loan 1 £1787
Loan 2 £1683
Total £8601 Was £393020 -
Hope everyone stays healthy.x0

Well the OH has now fallen victim and DS isn't keeping much down either
I hate this bug
The best of it is after throwing up for 24 hours and barley eating for 3 days I didn't manage to lose a lb at last nights weigh in - not nod measly lb
Horsey peeps opinions needed please. I've always had the boys vaccinated for both tetanus and flu, but given they never leave the yard, I'm questioning whether having them done for flu is worth it. Of the 12 horses on the yard, only one goes of to show and another two are hacked out once in a blue moon, so the chances of them coming into contact with it are minimal. Will have a chat with the vet next week but thought I'd see what others do.
Currently have £8 worth of bids so over a third of the way to my weekly target.
I've had another go with swag$ and it isn't going too badly. I've also logged back into onepoll - would be great to get to £40 payout before Christmas - currently at £8.
Right best get little man fed0 -
I would vaccinate. I am a softy though.0
