You should, because it'd be great to expose the scam to a wider audience.
Also, that IAS rejection is brilliant for you - you've got them confirming all sorts of things that would go against UKPPO in court. That the driver didn't see the signage, that it's a byelaw penalty, that they've made numerous breaches in process.
Unfortunately, a single court appearance would destroy the entire scam, so it'll never see court. There's a fighting fund in existence for the first one of these to go to court - it's been a couple of years now.0 -
