''I cannot see on the Appellant’s evidence where they are parked.''

So he admits he can't see where the car was parked but decides that means the PPC's version is right. A dog's breakfast from the kangaroo court certainly sums it up.

It's actually quite laughable. But in all seriousness, this is a kangaroo court thinking they can decide a Magistrates Court byelaw issue and people will pay up after getting this mess of a 'decision'.

Get to six months and it can't go to Mag's Court anyway and it's a real mess of a case if they tried a small claim. Even the timings on the photos probably don't match the timing on the NTK (usually two minutes out) nor does the date of it match the date they claim they issued it.

  • Thanks all for your help on this, so now I wait for these crazy letters that will come through the letterbox!

One question, in all seriousness, how do I take UKPPO to court to challenge this impartial kangaroo court decision?

you could of course add to the Parking Prankster's dossier of joke AIS appeals ....

well done and keep your eye on the ball

    Ralph:cool:
  • thanks both, and will do!
  • so, sent UKPPO an email, stating We disagree with the IAS judgment. The debt is therefore denied. The IAS has been widely exposed as a kangaroo court and therefore has no credibility. I would be prepared to attempt to resolve the matter using alternative debt resolution and suggest we use the Consumer Ombudsman.

    They replied with this...

As you are aware your appeal was dismissed by the IAS. Therefore you are not entitled to use the ADR. If you wish to challenge the IAS decision then you must appoint an independent solicitor.

    So....what next please?

    Regards

So just ignore it from now on and come back if you get a small claim later (unheard of for UKPPO).

Have you sent that appeal rejection to your local MP and press? It's a work of art!

I wonder what appeal they think you can do with an independent solicitor?
