I am a philistine. I use Twin** English breakfast tea-bags and every third cup is made re-using the first two bags. Me a skinflint ?? :rotfl:
Lx
There's nowt wrong with Twin*** English Breakfast, or re-using tea-bags (as long as they're decent quality tea to begin with. I'm pretty sure you have to use 3 Tetley at a time the first time around to get something resembling tea - suspect a re-brew would require the entire packet :rotfl:)
The only reason I don't re-use teabags is, well no there's 2 reasons: 1 - I have plenty of loose-leaf that's far better suited to re-steeping, and 2 - I'm unlikely to make 3 cups of the same bag-tea in a short enough time frame for that to be viable.
I'm on the lemon-based green teas this morning with a sore throat.
EDIT: I should get a t-shirt (tea-shirt?) that says "TALK TO ME ABOUT TEA" on it.Aqua 0/1850 Cap.One 0/450 Vanquis 0/500 HSBC 0/100

Just a quick update with £11.80 profit received from Amazon for a book sold last week:T.
The book that I hoped I'd sold this weekend but was held as 'pending' by Amazon because of payment verification problems with the buyer has now been officially cancelled:mad:. I'm disappointed as it would have brought in just over £30 if it had gone through. It's a business book that has been hanging fire for ages, I would have been glad to see it go:(
None of my 8 eBay items relisted from last week sold by last night(not even a sniff of interest:() so they are now boxed up ready for the charity shop tomorrow. Raining really hard today and don't need to go out for anything else so will stay in instead and try to make a bit of money somehow;).0 -
Done really well with eBay, I got fed up last year of thing going for 0.99p at auction and then it dawned on me that one bidder may have paid more. Now i put everything on But it Now with what I want for it. I can't believe how much I am now selling stuff for.
And as an added bonus everyone cleans up after themselves as anything left lying around get puts on eBay lol.
I always use Buy It Now as well (although I add "best offer" as well, because letting something go for 50p less is better than it staying there forever - still gets more than on auction though)Aqua 0/1850 Cap.One 0/450 Vanquis 0/500 HSBC 0/100

Just added a gig on fiverr - was one of my challenge steps and found it a bit hard to think about what to add on there - anyone else tried it at all?
I also need to do some sorting of Ebay listings and get some more things added to fb group too, but parcels to sort first!
