Lovely stitching everyone.
Coxy re the grid lines, the blue pen washes out of White adia but I used a white pen which was supposed to be washable on navy adia and it bleached the colour from the fabric and thus ruined two years worth of stitching, it was the titanic piece I did a few years ago I had to scrap it and start again. Be carfull with them is my best advice.SPC~12 ot 124

Hi all,
Managed another hen at the weekend. Not sure I will get to do any more this week as we are off to Cyprus on Thursday for a wedding. I will be taking my Kindle for entertainment around the pool/on the beach.

MrsMP I remember your Titanic piece having to be redone. So frustrating.
Hope all are well,

Hi all, very quiet on here. Hope you're all managing to get to some stitching time. I am now up to four and a bit hens, plus a flower and the eggs
We had a lovely week in Cyprus for my sister's wedding. Didn't take any crafting with me but now need to get stuck back in as the hen sampler is needed for October.
Hope all are well

Hi,
My DD and new GD 7months old came home from Oz for a visit, first time I've seen her so very excited.
Not a lot of stitching has been done but I have knitted a little over jacket for GD to go back in,they have had floods where they live in Sydney.

Hi guys, sorry I've been awol for so long, its been a terrible month for my poor epi-dog lots of seizures over several days then taking ages to get back to normal so no stitching done at all. We're also trying to get a new 3D scanning and printing business off the ground, if you've seen the adsa 3dme you'll know what i'm talking about but hoping to do cars, pets etc too.
I did however manage to get my Butterfly & Blooms finished on the 2nd June, the hoop I have is too big so i'll have to stitch a border or buy a smaller hoop.
Coxy, love the hens so colourful.
Hopefully it won't be another month before I post again, I hope you have some lovely sunshine now summer is officially here, must get some cards stitched, it birthday season for the next few months, take care all.Cross Stitch Cafe Member No1WIP: Cross Stitch: - Crochet:0 -
Lovely finish nmm - the colours are beautiful. I am up to (almost) 6 hens finished out of 9. It's coming together really well. I put a small piece in for framing at the weekend. He estimates 2-3 weeks, so with luck I can take the finished hens in when I pick it up.
I'm off to York on 1st July for a solo trip - some of you may remember I went in May 2015, again on my own. Some of my friends and family think I'm completely weird going alone, but it gives me head space and allows me to wander around without having to think about anyone else. I can stop for coffee when I like, spend time shopping and trying on items and pleasing myself! I need to look at what project to take with me. I'm going by train from London so 2 hours there, then two evenings in the hotel to craft away to my hearts content - can't wait.
The drummers are coming together nicely. I have attached the legs and hats to the stuffed bodies, and this week have attached the arms to the jackets and made French knots (4 per jacket) for buttons. I have also made a start on the drums. Will post an update pic when I get a chance (at work now).
Out at the theatre tonight but have no plans for tomorrow or the weekend. Hope you are all well.

Morning! I did want to share my latest update pic of the hens but photobucket is down. I'm up to 8 out of nine hens plus need to stitch one more flower. I have to admit that putting the other piece in for framing and knowing it will be ready in 2 weeks has spurred me on no end. Usually I would just plod along - shameful.
Anyway, once this is finished I'm back to Collecting Shells which I'd like to have finished by the end of October. I can then get all three pieces in for framing ready to hang in the hallway. Going to cost a small fortune but worth it for all the time taken.
Hope to pop back later with the photo. Have a good day all.
