In amongst some other more normal gifts, OH received a roll of blue 'J' cloths from my parents this year. No idea why, at least they will get used at some point?!

My younger sister gave me a bath cube - just the one - as my present one year. I was about 10 at the time, and I remember feeling distinctly underwhelmed....


OH got given a packet of socks as a child by an (un)loving relative.

My mother gave my partner one of those plastic tubs with a clip-on lid... no idea why. Probably thought it useful to take sarnies to work in, but it's still basically a Tupperware tub... oh well

It's not a cardi, it's a shrug - they're meant to cover your shoulders and almost all have 3/4 sleeves and no buttons. Usually worn over sleeveless or strapless dresses

(There endeth my fashion knowledge. I only know this because I have 3 of the damn things as I hate my arms so much!! :rotfl: )
