I think the rules have changed on it - it used to be mentioned on the three website what the requirements were (and it was along the lines of what Stoneman said), but I can't see any reference to it at all now... unless it's really hidden away somewhere0

Some sad news for all of the Platinum crew. Derek has gone
He has taken over at a Westin in Atlanta. Flew out today.
I still am in contact with him and have the details for Fernando who has taken over his role.
As a homage to the "UK crew" we are still mooing the cow, with his compliments.
If you would like to send him best wishes and good luck in his new venture PM me and I will send them on.
We are really sad about this. He has always made us most welcome and made us feel part of the Platinum family.
You never got a welcome in Vegas that you got in tha Plat when he was in charge. In a town that can be soulless it has always been an oasis with him at the helm.
Good luck my friend and we might just see you in Atlanta. The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.0 -
That's really sad. Send him our best wishes please.
I hope that doesn't mean our reservations for this trip will change. We check in Friday.0 -

TC - Flights to LA are currently £400 pp return, but:
"Los Angeles Flash Sale. We’re really excited to be launching our new route from Manchester to Los Angeles in May. So to celebrate we are holding a special 24 hour flash sale with 300 return flights available for £300 each. The sale starts at 12pm on the 7th April and ends at 12pm on the 8th April, but once the seats are gone, they’re gone so get ready to book!"0 -
Has anyone got any experience of cancelling their flights due to a flight schedule change?
I've got flights to Las Vegas booked with WestJet but I've had second thoughts and want to book with another airline. I've had an email about a flight schedule change. Only by 20 minutes but is this enough leverage for me to cancel? I've read different reviews on the Internet. Some say the balls in my court and I'm within my rights to cancel and get a refund with no charge and some say it's got to be a 2 hour change.
Many thanks for any help and input X0 -
In my experience with flight time changes,20 minutes is classed as a minor change. You will not be allowed to use this as a reason to cancel your flight.
I would also assume that if you wish to cancel your flight you will lose all your money.
We had a scheduled change for an upcoming trip of 2 hours 20 mins....and the airline were moderately helpful in changing us to a later flight...but I am fairly sure we would not have been allowed to cancel the flight...not that we wanted too.0 -

Flyertalk forum know all the rules but a 20 minute change is nothing and unless you have a flexible ticket then the chances of cancelling with a refund are zero IMO, not sure a 2 hour change is even enough and it also depends how long before travel you are informed.
out of interest why have you had second thoughts0 -
