Nice to see some love for the Cosmo here, I've stayed there twice (once for my wedding trip in a suite:), it's one of my favourites. We're trying the Aria for the first time this trip, I've built up a fair bit of free play there on MyVegas, looking forward to spending it!
Funnily enough, until I saw that video, I always thought the cosmo seemed very clinical-not anymore,I actually considered changing from the Signature, lol. The only reason I wouldn't is because travelling with children, the Signature wins out with access to the MGM pools:A Your Always in my heart, you never ever will be forgotten-9/9/14:heart2:0 -

I also use Alamo now, I have tried the last 2 times to get an upgrade from fullsize to the next grade and been unsuccessful, Can I ask how you have done it
Chap in the garage just ask him to show you the line then offer him a 20,Works for me,I always use the self check as well upgrade is from a midsize SUV to a Fullsize SUV
Worked for me at LAX,SJC AND SCF as well0 -

Doing tip's to get a better car is done in the garage, I know, I do it every year.
A 'lot' attendant may let u get into a better car, but when you get to the exit, its a different story.....
Yep tried the tip in the garage and failed (see above)
what happens when you get to the exit and they check your papers0 -
We spent two nights in Laughlin last summer on route to Vegas. It was nice to say had been but wouldn't go back. Not much there really, being on the river is nice. Hotels are a lot smaller and no where near as nice as Vegas.0

Well I've made a right pigs ear of myvegas!!! I only go on facebook to play myvegas. Since september I've been playing and today tried to redeem show tickets. It said it couldn't match my profile to mlife and to call them.I was confused, then the penny dropped!!! In 2013 I used to play on my then 14 year old sons account-both account and email are since long gone-but my mlife card is still linked to it :rotfl: and I'm laughing so I don't remember I won't be getting free tickets for KA after all. I emailed them explaining it's linked to a shutdown account, but I suspect they'll cite the 1 account per person rule and send me on my merry way, lol.
I had one email address "used" for redeeming myvegas rewards, that is also my Facebook..which I don't use...account email.
My Mlife account had a different email..not a problem until this year for redeeming rewards for hotel stuff, like free room nights,as we rang up and done it.
But now with you getting a link in redemption email to Mlife account,it also told me a few weeks back that there was an issue between my Mlife email and my Facebook/myvegas email address.
I emailed Mlife, and heard nothing from them.So then emailed myvegas explaining the problem..I received a reply quite quickly asking me which email account I wanted linked to myvegas rewards.
I gave them the same as Mlife one,and could then book the reduced rate myvegas room reward.
Email myvegas....they may sort your problem out.0 -
Hi, I'm looking for a bit of advice.
Going to Vegas in April and planning on hiring a car and driving to the grand canyon, can anyone recommend where to drive to? I was considering the National Park but thought I should seek some advice.
Thanks in advance0 -

Not sure of the question however
GC Details
North Rim will most likely be closed
West rim is private and not worth the effort
Toroweap\Tuweep will be impassable
South rim is the place where everyone goes
Hopefully you are planning to stay one night as it's a long drive :cool:0 -

It doesn't have the atmosphere of the older Vegas casinos, but I think it's the best of the glitzy modern ones, though I do like the Aria as well. We nearly stayed at the Signature one time, but switched back to the Cosmo at the last minute! MGM definitely better for kids.0
