As above, totally agree, and we been on it since Jan 2013....
However, as its free to get the goodies, I cant complain...
MGM Group is a Win-Win regardless over this, why ??
As since playing this for the past 3 years, our main stay and gamble is in MGM Group hotels, only varation was doing 2 nights in Golden Nugget (2013) and 3 nights in the Elara (2014), all others are MGM...

Love the fact now you can also book the comp rooms online, no need to call Mlife VIP services :)

Us too. Though some it seems you still have to call, but for the one we booked online it said 2 nights, but when we put our dates in it gave us 3. No complaints from us! Soooo looking forward to staying at Aria.

MyVegas Friends Rocks can be a bit precious if they have any negative comments.

Is that the one you're talking about? I read it, but never comment on there.

No search for MyVEGAS on facebook - it is the app page.

Look at visitors posts and you will get an idea of what I mean.

Must say I haven't been on the app page for a while, but I did see someone post about FB security, I wonder if this is what you have had (or a spin off version)?

It really does sound odd the whole thing.

How awesome Ferf! That really is a huge bonus :j

I think we had a couple of offers too that we couldn't book, but most were available :) I did half contemplate a different hotel to the Aria, but hubby said who you are kidding, you know which hotel you end up booking... Clearly I am a creature of habit when it comes to Vegas :p

Those Facebook security messages on myVEGAS are scams, phishing posts...ignore them

It was so exciting. We ended up deciding to go ahead and pay for the last 2 nights vs moving twice (before 5 nights at Cosmo at the end). I am really building Aria up in my head, but we really like the casino and it will be very nice to finally stay there. I just keep trying to tell myself to dial it back lest I hype it so much in my head and end up disappointed.

It is my favourite hotel by far, but don't expect much from the standard rooms. The beds are awesome (as import would cost too much, we have settled for their pillows) and the room is decent size. Compared to the Cosmo though, it doesn't scream wow. I call Aria affordable luxury, and luxury without the pretentiousness. For us the reason we keep going back, is for sure the casino and the choice of food venues (Bardot Brunch is a must now!), as well as the location :) If I was to go by room standard alone, most likely Cosmo or Venetian would be the obvious choice, but somehow Aria has become our home from home :) I am sure you won't be disappointed though, as I am guessing you have already checked out photos and videos, so just enjoy it! And if you have a chance, the spa is pretty awesome too, if maybe on the expensive side.

    When are you going Ferf?

we arrive on March 16th - can't wait. we're not expecting it to compare to Cosmo, and the last few trips we've been back at Bally's for the first several nights as we were going with others and trying to maximize the room comps...Bally's is fine but I am really tired of it, and since we haven't stayed at Caesars for awhile, we aren't offered the comps we used to get there. I have been wanting to try staying at an MGM property properly and see what that might do in terms of mlife comps, and Aria was at the top of our list. We really like the casino and I think having it be our 'home' casino for 5 nights will be great.

will look into the spa as well..I'm not really one to use the facilities, but I might consider a massage as a treat.
