    hi
seems you had some fun in vegas, and the 3 rewards well i do like them !
Just a quick question if i could in regards the $50 freeplay. I have got mine, (for the mgm where we are staying) how easy was it to activate? was it a couple of bucks to put in and bingo you have $50
was there a range of slots you could playor was it limited?
    6 days to go:T

Hi - yes we had a blast - by putting in the MlIFE CARD in the slots it keeps a record of all your spending in all MGM property slots.
You need only put in $1 to activate the freeplay.
Most of the slots will accept freeplay - the ones that don't will state that by the slot you put your card in.
You need a pin for your card.
If you don't have the actual MLife card yet go to the Mlife desk at any of their hotels with photo ID and they will issue you with one and help you set up the PIN.
    Have a great time.

You can log into your Mlife account and look at tax stats - it will say how much you put in and got out.
I showed a profit this time!

I have been playing MyVegas for a while now and have a good few points. This will be the first time l have used the vouchers and wondered
    • do l need to print off codes
    • are there any booking fees
    • Is it worth using points for the metro and is it worth getting passes for these

You can print them off if you want to but all they need is the code for the award.
There are no booking fees (unless you are purchasing theatre tickets).
The metro rail is normally at the back of the hotels so a long walk - we did not use this mode of transport this time other than the free one between Mandalay Bay, Luxor and Excalibur.
We did buy the $20 for 3 days Deuce buses and made full use of them.

I thought for a minute that Myvegas had an agreement with RTC too. You got me all excited then.

I thought you need enough cash to cover one spin - at least that is how it used to be an we assume it still is, but maybe we just never checked again...and probably all our freeplay has been played at $1 or less anyway.
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

Yes you can use it like that. Just like it says. If the 3 x buffets are less than $100 you get half off.

  • Has anyone had problems with ticketmaster.com lately? I've been trying to book Britney tickets since Sunday but every time I add the flaming things to my basket I get a message telling me 'the map's acting up, try later or try another browser'. I've tried four different computers, IE, FF and Chrome, clearing cookies, allowing plug-ins but nothing works. Emailed TM telling them all this and after three days they came back with the dazzlingly helpful suggestion of closing and re-opening my browser as my session might have timed out - honestly, do they even read what people type?

I'm really at a loss now. I've bought from them before and never had an issue. Will have to try ringing them when they open later I suppose. I've already lost the specific seats I was after
