it's not an exact science, but we normally started 10 mins before the expected refresh time and had some luck, though when hubby tried he never saw the Aria 2x buffet go live. Whether they refreshed and he just didn't see it, they didn't refresh or had done earlier or would do later, who knows.

I find it highly aggravating going back and forth without any certainty that it will actually happen while I'm there, but I was really pleased with myself when it did work. :)
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

2 days left for us, flying out on Saturday morning. We are doing LHR-CPH-LAS with Norwegian Airlines, never gone long haul with them before so should be an interesting experience.

Only 1 more sleep and we are off! 3 nights with family near Sacramento first, then 3 in San Francisco, then flying with VirginAmerica to Vegas for 3 nights at the Venetian! Woooooo! (Can you tell as a LV first timer, I'm VERY excited?!)

I did the cabana-ish deal at Red Rock (basically a frame with gauzey curtains you can use for shade or remove )- was for up to 4 but although it was perfect for three of us I think 4 would be a bit tight on the jumbo fabulously comfortable sun bed- also came with a few complimentry waters. We planned to just use it for the morning but ended up staying all day. I'd definitely do it again. The little mini pools around the main pool were really nice.

I had read that you did that last year and was hoping for the same thing this year, it doesnt actually say on the reward what you actually get, other than a day pass and some swag items. If it doesnt include a day bed then its probably not worth it :(

I have got one , I will prob email redrock to see if they can tell me exactly what I get

PS My vegas was about 30 minutes behind the refresh times posted on here

I went on for a look, it looks like a different offer to me - it doesn't mention a daybed, just includes entry for 2. So I assume that's just standard guest entry. I'm sure that would be quite nice though if your hotel doesn't have a pool, or maybe hasn't got a very big pool and you fancy a change.
