Last year they offered both. Even the standard beds etc were very nice.

  • See the comments and it gives the times.
When we purchased our rewards the times were pretty consistent.
However, reading the myvegas forums about a fortnight ago, they seemed to have changed the times about.
Sorry I cannot help any more.

Quick question for those with mlife offers..

I have an mlife summer offer for 2 nts comped plus freeplay and resort credit. The offer advises to call the MLife VIP number to book - but the mlife site looks like it lets me book as well.

Do you normally book via the site or via the phone when you take up these offers?

    Thanks.

We book online if that is an option.
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

Not long til our trip now( 23 days and 12hours but whos counting:D) and hope you guys and gals dont mind a few questions.

    1. resort fees:mad:
This ll be our third stay at the mgm grand and not looking forward to paying this.
This ll be the first year we ll need to pay them, can anyone tell me how this works? does the front desk clerk ask for it up front? is there a way NOT to pay them?any advice most welcomed.

2,high roller-has anyone done this and felt it was worth it?looking to do this for the first time,at night with the open bar, again any advice here most welcomed.

3..airport lounges.I am looking to book one of these at the start of our trip,at the moment it looks like it ll be £24 each and includes fast track sercurity access is this worth it?

any advice most welcomed/gratefully recieved and thanks for all the advice i have recieved so far from you all !

Last time I went they added the fees at checkout.
I politely refused to pay and ater a 5 minute to and fro they were not added.
This was about 3-4 years back and I was a IHG member. This was the Venetian.

Which airport are you flying from and who with?

Asking nicely on Flyertalk of V-flyer may get you free lounge access.

Having just looked at FT looks like guesting for BA is out

We went on the high roller last year. We did the happy half hour during the day and loved it. Think we paid $25 each through Living Social. We went at about 2pm on a Wednesday so was just us and another couple with a pod to ourselves. There was so much to see, personally I think it's probably more interesting during the day as you can see more.

Airport lounges - definitely worth it in my opinion. We usually pay around £18 each at Manchester. I think it's good value - you don't get much change out of a tenner if you eat at Burger King at the airport so £18 for unlimited food and drinks, plus free Wi-Fi and a comfy, quiet place to sit is well worth it as far as I'm concerned!
