    Where is everyone?

Some jokes courtesy of Samsung's twitter feed:

What do you call an elf wearing ear muffs?

Anything you like, he can't hear you...

What do you get if you eat Christmas decorations?

    Tinsilitis

What do you learn at Santa's little Helper school?

    The elf-a-bet.

Why don't crabs give presents at Christmas?

    Because they are shellfish.

Which athletes are warmest at christmas?

    Long jumpers!

Who hides in the bakery at Christmas?

    A mince spy!

What do you get if you cross a bell with a skunk?

    Jungle smells!

What do you get if you cross Santa with a duck?

    A christmas quaker!

Freezer door at work bleeps if open too long.

When frozen delivery been I try and put it all away before freezer door bleeps . They think I am mad in kitchen when I say hurry up if they passing stuff to me because if it bleeps you have to shut door and you cant open it till you wait a bit it sticks shut lol :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I have a large Samsung American model fridge freezer with ice maker and water dispenser that also beeps when left open too long. You don't have to close the door when it does that - just push in the lever/button that the door normally pushes on when it is closed and that stops the beeping noise ;)

Of course dogs can freeze to death, if it's cold enough and dependent on type of dog.

    http://www.animalplanet.com/pets/can-dogs-live-outside-in-all-seasons/

So it says most dogs with doggy length fur can be left outside until the weather hits -17C. Your point is what, exactly?

'Larger, furrier breeds that are acclimated to living outside in cold conditions can handle colder temps a bit better than short-haired breeds, but they still should never be left outside when the thermostat hits zero degrees Fahrenheit (minus 17.7 degrees Celsius) or below.'

    Evening mad squad,

This year I'm running the Christmas dinner gauntlet, I've not bought my turkey yet and I'm playing the waiting game so it could be known as the the Elite Turkey Awaital:D, I've not bought a turkey and will be hoping to get a reduced one tomorrow, I've not seen it mentioned and I don't think there's been a list for a while :o so I'd like to start the ETA list :p

Tesco Sausage Rolls (50 per pack - 800g)

    Store_1.15px.png
    £1.00 any 2 for £1.50
    12.5p / 9.4p / 100g Valid until 24/12/2015
    • Store_2.15px.png
      £1.00
    • Store_8.15px.png
      £1.00
These are frozen. Would be best going Avs T - will have to be quick - I feel, instead of vs M at 4 for £3 - M wanting you to buy more and the fact the offer includes the Sausage Rolls in M is not as completely and entirely clear as I would wish - only the fact that the offer labels say "-800g" give a clue that the Sausage Rolls are on the offer in my M stores. It's very 'reading between the lines'. (For me.) I doubt if they'll pick up the mbuy on the APG tbh.

I can see the 50 Sausage Rolls on t.com, but they are showing "product is currently not available". Can anyone see them showing with pricing on there?

Also Pork Cocktail Sausages 530g on the 4 for £3 in M (no equivalent in A) and 12 Veg Spring Rolls 216g (which used to have an equivalent at A but seems no longer sold now:mad:) but they are 2 for £1.50 in T.

Southern Fried Potato Wedges 750g are on the 4 for £3 in M - msm, a little annoyingly, shows a picture of the Seasoned Southern Fried Potato Wedges for them, which is just plain wrong:mad:. However, M do have Seasoned Southern Fried Potato Wedges as well - they are a different product - and are also on 4 for £3 even though they are absent from msm, except in pictorial form on the wrong product:p. They are 750g. However, frozen Potato Wedges of same weight were 59p in Lidl (now 69p in Lidl and Aldi, so that would be better than M's mbuy price).
  • All but 2 family pressies wrapped now. Still got Sion Corns to do sigh
