Day 27
Just a catch up, was a mild but tad rocky weekend. OH had the wobblers on Friday, very demanding all day, I lost my temper when for the umpteenth time I was accused of being "flighty", not really a description for me, he has the horrible habit of speaking to me from the other room whilst I am doing something, then doesn't give up till I drop what I am doing :mad::mad:
I have my MFW 2016 number (53) and am just waiting to hear how much car will be before I pay any.
I had a much better Saturday with OH as I confessed I wanted to pay the mortgage off and he was quite agreeable (for now) tomorrow is another day as they say, the moment that it impacts on him he will deny all knowledge and get angry, I am sure.
Back to proper work this amvery busy as tax return due at end of the month

Day 27 contd.
Well hey just when you think things might settle down after all the drama of before xmas DD has just informed me her new doctor has decided to refer her to a consultant as her meds are "old" and that there are better ones out there.....................I feel sick. Not only do the current meds work, have done for past 14 years apart from when stupid thick nasty consultant was determined she didn't need them but she is now 100 miles away, not exactly in a situation where I can "control" events ie. monitor how she feels
Why do these people thing just because we live in the midlands it is the back and beyond, her old GP knew they were old type meds but quote "didn't want to rock the boat" as they WORKED.
DD has now accused me getting angry with her and has not replied, not sure my health can take this :wall:Debt Free Diary - Second Chances! Life in a Tourer........Debt free, building a savings pot0 -
Day 28
The results of the car are in :eek::eek::eek:
Grand total of about £500 but that includes work that can be done in February and 2 tyres, not very good at allDebt Free Diary - Second Chances! Life in a Tourer........Debt free, building a savings pot0 -
No harm in going to see Consultant (will DD let you go as well) then can get your point across.:)
Bad news re car, so thats £250 for Jan & Feb, don't be disheartened that still leaves you with some for o/p:D
I don't think I'll be on target until around April time:( but as its a year's challenge hope I can catch up towards the end of the year;)Always have 00.00 at the end of your mortgage and one day it will all be 0's :dance:MF[STRIKE] March 2030[/STRIKE] Yes that does say 2030  Mortgage Free 21.12.18 _party_Now a Part Timer from 27.10.190 -

To be honest I am happy not about the £500 bit but it's the first time in 27 years that I am not scrabbling around worrying like crazy on where will the money come from..................I do wonder if it coincides will DD's departure :rotfl:Debt Free Diary - Second Chances! Hello SueP19,
Glad to hear the o/p s are safe despite the car expenses. You are so good at updating your diary, I seem to spend more time reading other diaries than updating my own.
