Really pleased with what I've achieved this morning.

Batteries in all singing things replaced.
Bedding changed and previous stuff now on airer.
Checked smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.
    Dewebbed HSL.
    Hoovered through.
    Walked dogs.
    Washed breakfast dishes.
    Cushion covers now in WM.

    Right, time for paid stuff.
Spend less now, work less later.

Nicki how's the window going? Got sunshine down here in Bristol so hope it's clear for you too.

Its going well, 2 of 4 pictures now done. Its taken me 2 days to do the Christmas tree part as there's so many fiddly bits on it. I started regretting choosing that tree Sunday night :rotfl: Next years will be simpler! Lots of small excited children going past yesterday on their way home from school made it worth it though. Today I'm hoping to finish at least 1 more picture fully, which is Miss Piggy, Kermit & Robin as the Cratchits carol singing!

Well yesterday didn't go quite to plan. I spent most of the day doing my window but the dog was in a playful mood so every time I stopped and sat down to let the paint dry he wanted to play tug of war. Fantastic work out though :rotfl: Then about 3pm I went to retrieve the wheelie bin and nearly went on my backside as the yard was so slippery with green ickiness. So I scrubbed the worst row of pavers with some jeyes, and I'll do another row later but I need to buy more when I go to the shops this week as I only have a small tin. I didn't realise how much you used & thought one small tin would be enough.

I did manage to get work sorted, which I finished at 10.30pm last night. I've had a few customers contact me already asking for a different delivery night so at the moment its down to 9 to deliver tonight, 3 to school tomorrow, 2 late Thursday night and the last one (hopefully) on Friday night. Then my extended unofficial holidays start but I have more than enough admin etc to do at home to keep me busy as I plan for next year.

This morning I've already sorted washing & put a load on, washed a batch of dishes & put some more in to soak (dried on mushy peas anyone :o), and put my portable charger on to charge. I'm just going to update finances then get on with the window. More laundry juggling will happen later.

    Work:
    Deliver orders
Sort change bags for later in the week (after tonights deliveries)

    House:
Finish window as much as possible
    Wash up
Ironing (DD needs blouses for school)
Play with the dog lots while working
    Washing
    Finances

I best get moving or I'll still be sat here at midday

Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!

Nicki you'll have to make sure you put a photo of your window up as I'd love to see it and I'm sure others would too! Do you do Avon? I used to ages ago but our manager was carp and kept on assigning others onto my patch or sent me onto other people's patches so didn't work out for me - plus I started typing job which suited me better.

Got a load of washing on, half way through wiping the sofa down before took S to school so will finish that off. I actually crawled under the computer desk (the ones the kids use) and found so much gibble - pens, bits of paper, paper clips, elastic bands .... all manner of stuff. Want to get the vacuum cleaner nozzle and give it a good blast to make it feel clean and fresh. Must do the ironing today; probably this afternoon I think.

Just going to slurp this cup of coffee down and then does anyone fancy a HHC 9.30 - 10.00? Feel free to join in if you like ......

Sorry you feel so rough Pigpen; no wonder you don't want any barfs in the house. What can you do when your hips are bad - is it a case of sit down or something?

Finished my HHC and now off out for an hour or so to Knit & Natter - not going to stay til 12 as too much to do and want to try, yet again, to get to the allotment whilst the sun is shining. Still got this left to do:
