Because he is Zandoni and he can0 -

It might of done
but a short sweaty ride on a bike is probably worse than days wear.
The more I thought about the more obvious it became. Retailers should check returns more thoroughly before they re sell goodsBecause he is Zandoni and he can
Correct I am Zandoni.
Many years ago I worked for Singer Sewing machines as a repair and delivery man. Once a year they used to give a free table with nearly every machine they sold. We always run out of tables and my dodgy manager made me deliver shop soiled ones in the hope that the customer wouldn't complain. To my surprise only about 10% of people would. One in particular had a massive dent in the corner, I was amazed when the customer said that's OK.0 -
How do you know it was worn for "a day" ? Are you psychic ?
OP, would you have questioned whether it was new if the bandanna hadnt been in the pocket ? If not, just move on.
Again it's amazing what people will accept, we all have different standards. It makes me itchy to think about wearing second hand clothes.0 -

I do hope you make all your own clothes from scratch then. Or at least don't buy from any company that sells online, has a returns policy or allows customers to try on clothes in store.
Otherwise its inevitable that at some point, someone else has been wearing items you then went on to purchase and wear yourself. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -

I must admit I'm very fussy when I pick something off a rail, there's often signs that it's been tried on by somebody else and I try to steer away from those items.0 -

Why would that make a manager dodgy?0 -
