Scam on Tablet.

Hi,

My SIL has a tablet that he only uses for searching on shopping sites, but never buys anything on there, my DH buys on the laptop. So, he hasn't any personal info on the tablet.

When he turned it on today, a scam police message came up, saying they knew all about the !!!!!! sites he'd visited, and told him to pay them £ 100.

The trouble is, he can't get if off. It's stopped him from getting into his tablet. He turned it off, but as soon as he turns it back on, it's there. Does anyone know what he can do please?

Thanks,
Candy.
