Productive day today and most jobs ticked off my list. Weekly shopping done, pressie for niece collected, 2 x dw, 1 x wm, taped and painted the rest of the skirting in the playroom. And then cleared the nursery. We taped it and hubby has given most of it a second coat. He was adamant he wanted pink, I wanted magnolia! Anyway, he won and we have gone for a,pale pink but as he is painting it, it looks very bright. I'm really not very sure! Hopefully it will look better when stuff is in it to tone it down a bit!
Also, did hw with the kiddies and did my prep for tomorrow. Still no cards written though! I feel so behind is year!
Hope all the poorly kiddies are better soon!
The elf has got out the Christmas train set and set it up around the christmas tree! They are going to be very excited tomorrow!Grocery challenge- feb 2015- £133.07/£2500 -

Great stuff; just seen your shop name so I'll save you as one of my favourites
Still feeling glad I spoke to J on Friday though it was so hard - we've had a great weekend, he's been very sweet and is even allowing me to sort his stuff out ..... well, put it all in a box for him to go through but it's very positive for him to let me anywhere near it. I think he's had a bit of a wake up call which is just what I wanted so all good.
Must go to bed as sooooo tired - been having technical problems with partnering our phones and my watch; J left at 11.15 and I've been talking to Apple who have sorted it out now thankfully. I'm normally in bed by 10ish so this is really late for me.

My phone needs charging, and I have a deadline of 7am to meet for work in case my work delivery turns up early (any time from 7am, but its normally here around 8am) so I'm sat here going through a printout of my invoice to see what I shouldn't expect to turn up tomorrow and who it's supposed to be delivered to. I'm hoping to get organised enough that when the stuff arrives I can literally open the boxes, empty stuff out onto the sideboard/table to check nothing is missing or leaked and then put it all back in the boxes and leave it until after school. I can then put the cards I'm doing tonight out to customers, nip to the shop and come home to spend the day doing the window while there's daylight.
I can then bag up the orders properly tomorrow when its too dark to work.
I best get a move on. My phone seems to be charging at a decent rate for a change so it could end being done before I am lol
Catch you on next weeks thread. :wave:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
Morning all. Hope Natty is ok as I can't see a link to a new list.

Hope you feel better soon Valli
Hugs good wishes posi vibes to all
Along with stY safe in this atrocious weather vibes to all affected, I hope it doesn't get any worse.
Did ALL my ironing last night, it's all now put away along with the non iron which was folded and put away
Ds1 decided as we had done ds2s room he would bow to the nagging and cleR his which has resulted in everything from under his bed being piled out on the landing with a request we put it in the attic! My task for Tonight is now to go through it all box what needs saving and kondo the chaff or broken stuff. I can't complain I even heard the dyson being used by both boys, as ds2 decided now his room was tidy he'd put a tree up so tinsel and glitter got knocked off onto his floor.
Going to have to make more lists as I keep thinking of things, I need to do and I'm worried I'll forget them.
Have a good day all I'll catch up tonight.SPC~12 ot 124

Me again. I've cleaned all the windows indoors (and a quick S&S in each room) and done a quick hoover through and put away yesterday's washing. Breakfast dishes also away.
Its raining now so I can't walk the dogs and I have just over half an hour before the paid stuff proper, so I'll have a quick look at this thread for inspiration.Spend less now, work less later.0 -
