Why not be honest and try to work something out with the buyer?
Perhaps let it go for less than you wanted but so that you do not lose out completely.0 -

Meant to sell for £99 and sold for 99p?
Or meant to sell for £19.99 and sold for £19.90?
I'm talking it sold for £4.99 instead of £24.99. Originally the item cost £60, it is brand new with tags0 -

Write something like this:
Dear buyer
Thanks for your fast payment. Unfortunately due to a typing error the item was mis-priced and should have been priced at 24.99, not 4.99
Please accept my apologies, but due to the pricing error I will not be able to fulfill the order. I will therefore be issuing a Cancel for this transaction. I am refunding your money immediately in full.
I will be listing the item again at the correct price shortly should you still be interested.
Thank You.'0 -
Thanks Bxboards, I think I will do that, I feel really bad for dissapointing them but I just can't let it go for that price.0

Be prepared for negative feedback though0

Can they still leave feedback if the transaction has been cancelled?0

Yes they can0

Thanks, but I don't think my conscience would allow me to do that and I don't really want a defect either.
You'll get a defect for being upfront about not getting the price you want, otherwise plenty of stuff get lost in the post, how will that get you a defect?Official MR B fan club, dont go............................0 -
