Aww Ciara sorry you are not feeling too good. Your sis is probably right ( She usually is !) that you have been overdoing it. Great news tho' that you should be able to pay the SL off - you have really done so well. XX

    Hi Ciara,

If you really feel exhausted maybe it would be worth pushing back paying everything off for a few weeks. There's no point in making yourself sick for the sake of something that's going to be achieved really quickly anyway.
    Just a thought.

Thank you for that and I am starting to feel much better which I think must be something to do with all the beautiful sunshine that we have been getting recently. :D I hate to admit it but I think that she might have been right as well which can be very annoying at times because she always seems to be right about absolutely everything somehow. :o It is not fair though because it always seems that every time that I try really hard and put more effort than usual into something I seem to crumble with exhaustion very quickly yet she manages to work like a demon and barely sleep at all for years on end and stays all bright and breezy and full of energy.

I have heard about lie ins but I am really not very sure what they actually are at all? Seriously though when I have paid absolutely everything off and have built myself up a bit of an emergency fund then I think that I might not actually get out of my bed for a full week. :o:D

Thank you I was really thinking along the same lines last week when I was feeling that I seriously could not cope with the workload that I had taken on but then I could not get what my sister had said to me when she had first started making me face up to all of my debts which was that I am capable of achieving absolutely anything that I set my mind to if I am determined enough and want it enough and I do not think that I have ever wanted anything more in my life so I decided just to get my head down and get on with it. :D I will definitely have enough banked by the end of the month to pay off my last debt now so although it was definitely no fun at all at the time it will definitely be totally worth all of the short term suffering. :o

How's the boyfriend, is he being suitably attentive whilst you are poorly?

It is something that my sister has told me about and she has apparently had a few of them running since she has been 21 and managed to get herself completely debt free and it sounds like a really good idea when she describes it but then she has never exactly been what you would describe as being normal so I am not really sure how widespread the idea is. :rotfl: The boyfriend has been wonderful in fact maybe even a bit too wonderful in some ways because he cancelled a work trip to be here incase I got any worse and needed to stay home from school so that he could look after me and I know that he will probably have lost out on a lot of money through doing this. He also seems to have cleared the shelves in his local Boots of every health supplement going and has moved them to my house for me. :rotfl: His holiday sounds like it was wonderful and I am very jealous of it although he seems embarassed to tell me a lot about it because I was at home and working lots while he was away. :o

  • Very attentive then.
If i am truthful i actually have several stashes of money. Not a lot but it is there and is my emergency fund. Mr. B, cant get at it, but i know he suspects as i manage to buy things and he wonders where money comes from.
I also have cash hidden around the house, the kids used to know my hiding places when they were little and my daughter still teases me about it, but as i pointed out..it is the difference between having and not having. I never feel completely skint if i have a pound, silly i know but it is there.

I really do think at times that you are actually my sister because she does that as well and always has different amounts of money hidden in various places around the house just incase of emergencies although I am not entirely sure what varying types of emergencies that she thinks might ever happen where she would actually need any of it. :rotfl: I have been feeling much better both yesterday and today especially since I managed to earn so much comission yesterday. :D I am beginning to feel really positive about my future now and am totally loving the fact that after this month I will be able to save up my extra money to spend on my holiday without feeling guilty about it or at least not that guilty anyway. :o I have also done something that I at least think is very brave although I am sure that everybody else will laugh about but I have booked an appointment to go and see somebody at my bank for advice on the best kind of future savings account. :D
