I'll come back and read through in a little while but I'm definitely in.
We are going away after Christmas so it may be more spendy than usual but I am desperate to keep within budget this month...
And SO important to look after your mental health - I'm reminded of this every day when I look at dh. I am committing myself to the following things: not bringing work home, letting go of the small stuff I can't control, minimising alcohol consumption and getting plenty of sleep.Not giving up

Giving up some of my free time to cook a Christmas dinner for 80 pensioners half on the 4th and the other half on the 7th December, so the volunteering/charity bit is sorted.... not so sure of the effect on my mental health though.... stressing about all that prep and cooking already, although secretly I will love itWell Behaved women seldom make history
