I doubt Octopus will be over the moon at having the Avro shambles dumped on them and I suspect that somewhere along the line there will be a hit for all Octopus customers to bear whatever spin the PR people put on it.Telegraph Sam

Anything collected now on your old DD is going to the SoLR not Avro.
…. and with the volume of customers involved it will just be a bulk data ingestion exercise, they will not be doing any initial selection based on the lack of a DD0 -
