    Get over yourself and move out, instead of behaving like a spoilt whining brat. You get the last laugh when it comes to picking her care home FGS!

    If you seriously expect to gain a mortgage plus council tax and utilities for less than £200 a month you need to wake up. It's your choice to live there. So either suck it up, or ship out.
    Surely it depends why (and if - which is a big if) she has to go into a care home at all.
    Even if she does need to go into a care home, she may be perfectly capable of choosing the home herself.
    And if she has a reasonable income - and a house that can be sold to pay care home fees - I don't think dopke139 will get the last laught at all.
