You never know if we keep these postings near to the top of this thread, Shoppers Discount & Interflora might, I said might, issue an apology here.
But being an old cynic, I would not my breath whilst waiting!
Or they may lose a lot of customers.
I am one who is not going to use them.
I use scillyflowers.co.uk0 -

in past instances they usually obtain full refunds and give the company a good slating0 -
I would like to reply to the above comment from a rep of Shopperdisc, but I am afraid that I might swear.
I will just say, however, that I am more angry with Interflora; as it was with them that i was conducting my business and placing my trust. It is interflora that should be posting apologies. ( among other things)0 -

I have no expectation that they'll come back and read any replies, or at least reply to them in public.Conjugating the verb 'to be":
-o I am humble -o You are attention seeking -o She is Nadine Dorries0 -
Has anyone sent Interflora or their directors a link to this thread yet?!?

I have just found £8 'removed' from my account... the only online shopping I've done is at Asda... This should be made more public as people are going to fall for this trap...currently waiting for a customer service rep as I type so fingers crossed0

After a brief discussion with a very pleasant american lady I have cancelled my subscription and my refund will show up soon, but be warned, they are working from a script so when you ask for a refund make sure that the subscripton ends TODAY instead of, and I quote 'at the end of the term your subscription and fee will be cancelled' my guess is trying to confuse you a bit with making you hear what you want to hear wheras infact if you say 'thats fine' you're agreeing to letting them take the money for that month. My account aparently started when I bought something with a company called 'regnow_uk'. Never heard of them so I'll be looking into this.0

Have just sent a link for this thread to Interflora and got a reply thanking me for bringing it to their attention. Lets just hope that they now use this customer feedback to kick these scammers into touch before they lose a lot of business because of it. oh and sending us all some free flowers to apologise would be nice

Due to this thread Interflora will now be yet another company I will never do business with again (and I spend about £400 a year with them).
This sort of !!!! must stop from these companies.0 -
I got a creit card bill today and the same thing happned, i ordered through interflora online at the end of august and got 8 pounds shoperdisc.co.uk charge on 29 aug 07. I just googled it and came up with this thread. I have called them and got them to refund the money, however, they had the cheek to say that i signe duo with them and did not check my emails as they sent me an email to advise of the membership, they also said i had 30 days to cancel but i did not call them, i promptly replied and said i am not a psychic that i would know that i am charged for this service by deception and my credit card bill came through today at which point the 30 days had passed....BEWARE EVRYONE the scammers are still operating, may be we should all take this to watchdog.0
