Am I the only one saving those poor little elves and reindeer haha? Still no flying done as such. I have been filling in next year's calendar that I bought yesterday, hope nothing expires because of that.
and look for the Flylady S Code
No decs up here until nearer the date
No, unitl after the windows are fitted which is supposed to be Tuesday. DD dreamt it was going to be done but I want it to be a surprise. Her window has been misted almost all the time we have lived here. cats are microchipped to go through the catflap so it's all systems go
But I am kinda feeling the Christmas spirit as Y4 were telling me all about how they 'just' managed to spot Santa...or his sleigh
    That does look good, Piggers!

  • Hi everyone

How will you feel about having him at home all the time when he retires LW? I always think it must be strange and take a bit of adjusting to, no matter how much you love them.

    Pigpen that looks stunning.

Bathroom tiles and paint bought. I am known for having everywhere very neutral so OH was a bit surprised when I wanted teal paint for the bathroom walls. There is not much wall to paint, new suite is white, tiles are pale grey so I think we need a bit of colour. Cant wait to see it on.

No decs here yet. Had to track down advent calendars yesterday. DS1 rolled his eyes when he saw that I had bought him one but I know he will secretly enjoy it. He doesnt know but he has got choccie pennies for his stocking too. Dont care if he is 17!!!

Right, jim jams on. Is it wrong to know that I have got 18 days left at work before the holidays?
  • Just poking my head round the door to say hello....
Don't know what I've been doing this week apart from a bit of lurking and not very much flying.
Looking good piggers,I'm a bit jealous.
lw chin up re pip, have a big dog big to make you feel better.
Can I ask if there is a price limit for the secret santa?
We bought a caravan (second hand). OH is having a bit of a "its so uncool" crisis, but the kids think it's the best thing they've ever seen!
Ps happy late birthday iona x

That stat (one word in 20) is one of the most useful, and memorable things I ever heard on a course!
    Look for the flylady code
Anyway - game on - scaffold is going up!
As expected I have had a call to go in to work to cover but I have had to decline. Not least because it was already 8:15 and I was neither showered nor fed! The teacher for whom I would have covered normally posts frequently on FB (and changes her cover picture daily, too ) but she hadn't been on since Saturday so I figured she was unwell:rotfl::rotfl: I'm amused by how I worked it out, not that she is ill - I'm not a callous person!
