    HI all,

A good day today mobile phone sold for £76.75 (yet to pay though) and sold another book through Amazon for just over £10 so these will be transferred into overdraft asap.

Had to buy dd trainers though but made sure they weren't too expensive , she's 2 so all she's worried about is the colour! Blue they have to be blue!

One of the survey sites I belong to is almost at it's redemption limit £20 so as soon as it hits it I can order a cheque.

Hopefully another couple of books to go on Amazon, snooker table hasn't had any enquiries and can't put on ebay until dh comes back as need to set it up and it's bl**dy heavy!.

Everyone's doing so well, keep it going

    Ev x
  • I spent hours last night putting books on amazon. No bites yet unfortunately.Going to do some more tonight and put some short auctions on e-bay over the weekend. Fingers crossed

    Hi everyone

I'm so sorry I've not been around recently. I've not been too well and have been busy working on my AQA questions, mystery shopping etc etc.

I haven't been able to clear anything off my debts as I am totally skint and payday was only last week :( . I've got about 10 birthdays in September (well 4 and my mum & dad's wedding anniversary but it's my boyfriend's birthday and my sister's 30th).

I've had to pay out for my insurance excess, my prescription charges and £200 that I owed my mum (good that it's paid back I know) so I am now skint until the end of the month basically (after all my payments have been made on loans & cards etc). I'll have little bits and pieces coming my way from mystery shopping and Ebay during the month but I will have to use these for petrol, mystery shopping etc. So I won't be able to cut my debts down just yet.

However, I will be working hard on my questions. I am currently on target to earn £1,000 for October so that will come straight off my debts (hopefully). I've also got a couple of bits to sell on Ebay which should get around £100.

Now, I'm all sorted for my sister's birthday (giving her a DAB Digital radio that I won and a watch that I bought ages ago) but my boyfriend's is a different matter.

I've got him a sandwich toaster that I got from Freecycle (cheap I know but it's in excellent condition and costs £30 in Argos!) so I'm going to try and find an old gift bag that I can reuse and just put this in. I've also used some Boots points to get an electronic toothbrush for him. I will make a card and have got some wrapping paper already. I would like to try and get something else but am not sure what. I'm going to hope and pray for a good prize before then.

It's also the birthday of my 2 female cousins. They are both off to Florida soon so they have asked for dollars. $20 each is £10 so I need to get £20 for this. I've only got £14 in my account at the moment and am not expecting anymore money in until the week after next so I need to be ingenious and find £6 from somewhere. I've already got 2 cards so I don't have to worry about that. Their birthdays are on 11th & 15th September.

    I really hate September!!

Well done on all your progress everyone - I'm going to catch up with the thread in between my AQA questions ;)

Do you cousins expect prezzies? I haven't sent mine anything for years we only buy for immediate family. I suppose it depends on how close you are but your food and petrol come first.
