I haven't anything for food and fuel but my dh is away this week so I've already blagged dinners at mums tomorrow and will do store cupboard meals for the week.
I'm putting up a sign in my window (lots of passer's by) to sell snooker table but I haven't got anything else to throw at the od. I can't get an extension to od, any ideas of what else I can do to raise some cash?
Hope the snooker table got snatched up hun:o if not get it on ebay.
I too am eating at mothers this week as OH on late shift at work for next two weeks and feels a little pointless cooking for one. Sick of being skint!!! Im waiting for money to come through from Amazon to get little chunk paid off CC

Well done everyone so far.
My reduced nursery fees are really helping and OH has had a good weekend. So I have 148.10 in my savings tub and have paid off just over £100.00. If this keeps up I should be able to add another debt to the challenge! yeay!Pay Debt by Xmas 16 - 0/12000

Hello,
I haven't done a challenge yet, I usually just lurk about reading posts and stuff. My debts are:
OH Capital One - c £475
My Barclaycard - c £260
Littlewoods - c £1,000
What I have planned to do is; because my ExDH pays my maintenance onto my credit card, I have asked him to hold it for me for three months which will clear it. I know that is a bit weird.
Capital One I will just throw money at it as and when I can. I have been doing this since April and have it down from over £800 to its current rate.
Littlewoods I just don't really panic about because they don't actually charge any interest. But it would be good to start the New Year debt-free. Plus my house needs completely re-doing but I have insisted this year we pay off debts before we start doing up the house, we moved here in November last year and its not horrendous, just dated.
So, providing its ok with everyone else, I would like to join in if I may?
Gale
Littlewoods £457 requested CCA 30.11.07
As at 30/11/07!
Successfully reclaimed charges from Barclaycard, A+L in my sights now.
All debts interest free now!0 -
