Someone actually bought it too!

I wonder if they were a bit careless reading the description and thought they were buying the phone?

Just got a reply from the request for my hands free kit. They say that there is not one included with the nokia and if I want one it is £6.99. I quoted the link as given for the kit but to no avail!

This is WRONG Rebob, try them again, they MUST send it to you because it is in their T & Cs - I double-checked their T & Cs this morning and it is still in there. I got an email yesterday confirming that they were sending me one out in the post for one my Father-in-law ordered through me, so I think you have just caught the wrong assistant at the wrong time.

Try a fresh request and perhaps someone else will pick it up and action it!

Absolutely correct - after BNU advised me of the kit I emailed Virgin and they posted one to me immediately! :T It's rather cheapo but ok for free!

Many thanks for the code - it worked without a problem. Also it was different to the ones I got by running a downloaded calculator (I'm sure they work, I must have not specified the correct network or something).

Oops! I should, have said that my thanks were to Browntoa for the unlock code and clear, detailed instructions.

Thanks Browntoa for sending me the code to unblock my wife's nokia 3410. I can now use an old virgin sim card which i had found in a drawer - a freebie from a Sun offer from way back :rotfl: :D She can now use the free fiver to phone me on my new nokia 1100 which you unlocked.
Have nominated you for the June award for your unselfishness.
