Morning.
FBO - Well done on the 6 months
LW - huge hugs
Suffering from lack of sleep here. My bodyclock is out of whack after a couple of late nights and I've hit the struggling to function stage today. I've got sugar in my coffee and I'm going for a hot bath soon to see if that eases the back ache from yesterdays work. I'm hoping it'll also wake me up if I use invigorating shower gel as bubble bath lol I have more paid stuff today, and I need to get tea on in the slow cooker as we need to go out to work at 6pm tonight in the hopes we can miss the worst of the forecast heavy rain (due at 8pm according to Metoffice). I'm already full of cold, I don't need a drenching to add to it.
This weeks list:
- Christmas gift ideas for me & DD
- Juggle budget
- Deal with meat still in the fridge
- Sort Christmas to buy lists
- Deal with veg in fridge
- Redo meal plan (planning for a month obviously doesn't work for us)
- Read instructions for new boiler, CM detector (and put it up)
- Buy curtain rail for kitchen.
- Pay bills
Work
[STRIKE]- Sort deliveries[/STRIKE]

I've fluttered, done tea and put the robin together. It doesn't look too bad considering I only had comedy Google eyes.
Deciding now if to knit baby stuff or read. - knitting may win as it has a deadline.SPC~12 ot 124

Wolfy we do luv ya ya know!
*sigh* I just feel I've really had enough. Despite morphine I'm still in constant pain, my nerves are like shards of glass, and I just don't think I can take any more.:(
To give the lady Mr LW spoke to her due, she was very good, and once she realised I was close to throwing up through nerves, she relayed the rest of the stuff she was required to read out to me (the standard bit about if I make a false declaration I can be prosecuted, etc, etc) via Mr LW. But of course her involvement ends there; we don't know what the forms will be like when they come; if I have to have a face-to-face I can't deal with men so we'll have to request a woman do it (and may be refused this), and if I have to travel I'll be half-dead before we even start! Plus of course Mr LW will have to take time off to be with me, as I can't deal with anyone without his presence.
And of course I'm the sort of person who imagines the worst-case scenario right from the beginning.
Someone just take me to the vet and have me put down, please? *wry grin*If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
LW I cant put myself in your shoes but I do go through quite a lot with DS and I know that he has had times where he has just felt that life is not worth living. I am glad that you can post here so honestly and like the other flyladies I just want to send you bucketloads of support. As for the PIP application its often the thought of these things that are worse than the actual process itself. Hugs.
DS has been collected by his cousin and friend to go for a 20 mile trip to McDonalds. I wont settle until he is back but what can you do? I am trying not to think of the weather conditions, the dark and the 18 year old inexperienced driver. I want my kids to be 3 years old again ...0 -
