    and mine...

Been a bit of a rubbish day today. Teenagers. Please someone tell me it gets easier. Sigh.

CY hope you get good news.

I have some paperwork to do for OHs business that I have been putting off all week and it must be done tonight. Then I feel like retreating to my bed.

YSL - it gets easier but not for a while.
CY - hope it all goes smoothly tomorrow.

I'm back to show off. I did all my list today - go me. Tomorrow morning before the paid stuff I aim to clean my bedroom now all my clothes are sorted. I have to say that my underwear drawer is now looking sparse, and when did I stop buying colourful undies?? Got to put that right so going shopping with DD in York on Saturday.

Anyway, have a great evening everyone. See you on the next thread.

Kondo rolled ds2' drawer contents again ( someone had tried to do it so it is catching ) he has socks with day of the week on them and I like them in day order (OCD moi maybe)
I am hanging around whilst ds2 is having a bath in case I'm needed. I will sort some more drawers whilst I'm waiting.

  • YL does your DS like being outside? I know there are gardening charties, one near me, who often have schemes where you can work with them to learn basic horticultural skills. Might be something worth considering.

Sorry Dusty, just remembered that I didnt reply. We have managed to organise some voluntary work for DS doing conservation work in our local National Park which has been a huge step forward. The trouble is that we live in the middle of nowhere and its down to us to get DS there and pick him up. This limits what he can do and is one of the reasons why we want to move house. If and when he gets diagnosed as being autistic there may be more help with things like this.

    Hi all

Reasonably productive day today. Defrosted freezer and had a good sort and organise - can now see what we have. Also had a delivery so fridge restocked, much to the relief of the children- running out of cheese and yoghurt seems to be unacceptable...

They played out on bikes for a while this morning- it wasn't as cold as yesterday. We also did a last tidy of the playhouse and brought toy kitchen in (so of course we played at cafes all afternoon:)). Made 2 pom-poms to decorate tomorrow night - they'll go on the tree next month oh and step dad came to clear out the gutter :A and my dad was here, and went out to hold his ladder :rotfl: all very amicable :)

So now I don't have blocked gutters between house and conservatory which has been irritating me for a while :T

I've get everything ready for morning, expecting announcement this week re new structure. It will take time before we know who gets a job and who doesn't but the structure will show If there is something suitable for me or not.

I've prettied my nails tonight - they are all purple and sparkly. Look a bit like tinsel, lol.

CY I hope tomorrow goes smoothly and they don't keep you waiting around too long xxx
